Nivon AI

Nivon helps you build AI support chatbots trained on your website, docs, and files. Nivon can answer customers in 95+ languages, hand off unresolved questions to your team as tickets, and install with a single script tag without coding. Choose from 25+ top AI models. Start for free, with no per-seat fees.

How it works:

1. 1.Add your content. Enter your website URL or upload docs and files. Nivon crawls and indexes your content.
2. 2.Customize your chatbot. Set its tone, response length, and AI model, then test it with your own questions.
3. 3.Go live. Paste a single script tag on your website and start answering customer questions.

A few things we care about:

• Human handoff: When a chatbot can't answer, it creates a support ticket for your team with the full conversation.
• Fresh answers: Scheduled crawling keeps your chatbot's knowledge up to date as your content changes.
• 25+ AI models: Choose the model that works best for each chatbot.
• 95+ languages: Help customers in their preferred language.
• Multiple products: Manage separate chatbots for different products from a single workspace.
• No per-seat fees: Team seats are included, so your support team can collaborate without extra seat costs.
• Privacy first: Your data is never used to train AI models.

Before launching, we ran Nivon on our own products, including Aymo AI, Meku, TailGrids, and NextAdmin. We use it every day, so what you see is what we use ourselves.

I'll be around all day. Tell me what's missing, what's confusing, or what would make you switch from your current support tool. Blunt feedback helps the most.
